2. Light source -LED chips

Due to technical constraints, most of the high-quality light sources are now better feedback from United States, Japan, and Taiwan. The key to differentiate high quality LED is the difference between lifespan, color temperature, and lumen efficiency, and of course the control of the illumination angle. In order to guarantee quality, Xindeco uses Philips LED chips in all LED fixtures. We also provide SMD 3030 or SMD 5050 for your option.

4. Heat dissipation treatment

LED is sensitive to temperature, because the volt-ampere characteristics of the LED have a negative temperature coefficient, they are not fixed and will vary with temperature. Therefore, it is necessary to review the heat sink treatment. In theory, the heat sink material is more suitable for aluminum, but it also distinguishes between insert aluminum, aluminum and cast aluminum.  In addition, the contact mode, area of the heat sink, light source, aluminum substrate and the aluminum housing directly affect heat dissipation effects. To eliminate these concerns, Xindeco uses die casting aluminum private mold to ensure good heat dissipation.

Usually, lighting designers reviewing samples require a lighting test. The color temperature, brightness, spot shape, beam angle, and lamp body temperature are all audit details of the lighting designer. The first few steps are theoretically and superficially judged, and the final result comes down to the lighting test.
